We believe the earliest stage of a manager's journey — often before institutional visibility and brand recognition — is when clarity, perspective, and trusted relationships matter most. Tremplin Investors LP members support emerging managers with more than capital. We share a goal: We want there to be more good emerging managers.
Tremplin is a community, not a fund.
We don't pool capital, manage a vehicle, or place managers. Members are independent Limited Partners who evaluate and back emerging managers on their own terms. Many of us have already been sharing intros with each other and we wanted to build a community where we could do this more efficiently, partly by leaning on each other's reputation when interacting with managers.
